Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Dispatch: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK)

  • Royal Mail / Evri 24: 1–3 business days
  • Royal Mail / Evri 48: 2–5 business days
  • Courier (Next Working Day): Available for expedited delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly stated on the website.

Shipping costs are usually included in purchase price of garments but we reserve the right to change this and offer varied promotions.

Packaging

All orders are packaged with care using eco-friendly materials. Most parcels ship plastic-free, with the exception of framed prints, which are wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap to prevent glass breakage.

Tracking Your Order

Tracked services are available for UK orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Reporting: If your order appears to be lost or delayed, contact us at info@houseofplto.com.
  • Investigation: We will investigate with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund if necessary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@houseofplto.com.
  • Resolution: Include photos of the damaged item or packing, and we will resolve it promptly.
