Philosophers Are Kings – Member Policy

Welcome to Philosophers Are Kings, the House of PLTO community. By joining, you agree to these terms designed to help you understand your membership, access to content, and support options.

1. Membership & Access

• Your membership is a monthly subscription to the Philosophers Are Kings community.
• Once subscribed, you gain exclusive access to all community content including guidance, materials, discussions, and resources grounded in the SMPL method, the foundations of positive masculinity, and the House of PLTO philosophy of becoming.
• Your subscription allows personal, non-commercial use of content. You may not share, redistribute, or resell content outside of your own private use.

2. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly to the payment method you provide.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you choose to cancel.
• To cancel, click “Cancel Subscription” in your membership settings, or email info@houseofplto.com.You will continue to have access to content until the end of the paid subscription period after cancellation.

3. Refunds

• We aim to provide a valuable and transformative experience. Refunds are handled directly by House of PLTO, not by Skool.
• If you have an issue with your subscription or content, please contact info@houseofplto.com and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are not guaranteed but are considered with fairness and in alignment with the House of PLTO values.

4. Code of Conduct

We foster a respectful, positive, and growth-oriented environment. You agree to:

• Engage respectfully with all members and content
• Avoid harassment, threats, discrimination, or offensive behavior
• Use content for personal growth only

Prohibited activity includes:

• Sharing or distributing restricted content outside the community
• Promoting illegal, unsafe, or harmful activities
• Any attempt to manipulate, scam, or exploit the community

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

• Content remains the property of House of PLTO.
• By subscribing, you receive a revocable, limited license to access content for personal use.
• If your membership is canceled, or if you breach these terms, your license to access content will expire automatically.

7. Changes to Terms

House of PLTO reserves the right to update these policies as needed.
